SHOULD
I SEE HIM? YES,
If a symptom blocks you from being yourself more freely,
or keeps you from reaching the level of success you wish.
This could include fear of flying or public speaking (or
any phobia), panic attacks, continued distress after a traumatic
experience, performance anxiety, unresolved anger or sadness,
depression, compulsive urges, and others.
If you are unhappy about yourself, or your work, or your
life direction.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your relationships.
If you are having difficulty coping with a major or chronic
illness.
If you are looking for ways to promote your healing abilities.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM THERAPY?
A collaboration aimed at helping you reach your goals as
quickly as possible—with Energy Psychology methods,
sometimes this can be in just a few sessions.
Education. You should leave therapy knowing
more about yourself and your circumstances.
Empowerment. You should leave therapy equipped
with a number of ways to cope with difficulties, and promote
healing.
Confidentiality, honesty, genuine concern.
An integrated team approach with others at WholeHealth Chicago,
as needed.

FROM DR. STOLER...
"To me, therapy is a collaborative experience with
an emphasis on self-healing and personal empowerment. My
clients and I work together to reach goals that often include
overcoming limiting symptoms, developing more fulfilling
relationships, overcoming shame and self-defeating patterns,
addressing family conflicts, identifying and pursuing one’s
true purpose, becoming more spiritually aware, and living
more joyfully."
