HOW TO GET TO OUR CENTER

WholeHealth Chicago’s main office is located at 2522 North Lincoln Avenue in the Lincoln Park-DePaul area of the city. If you are driving, the parking lot in the rear of the building can be entered from Altgeld Avenue. There is also metered parking on Lincoln Avenue.

We also maintain a satellite office located at 150 East Huron Street in Chicago’s Michigan Avenue-Gold Coast area. Dr. Rubin and Nancy Gomez see patients at this office on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Directions to the Lincoln Avenue Center:

From Lake Shore Drive: exit at Fullerton Avenue heading west until you reach the busy intersection at Lincoln-Fullerton-Halsted Avenues. Turn right on Lincoln Avenue and continue two blocks until you reach Altgeld Avenue. Turn left onto Altgeld Avenue and look for the parking lot entrance on your right. Enter our Center through the front of the building by walking through the door marked “Mall Entrance” and out onto Lincoln Avenue.

From the Kennedy Expressway: exit at Fullerton Avenue heading east until you reach Sheffield Avenue (look for the “EL” tracks at Sheffield). Make a left turn at Sheffield Avenue and go two blocks north to Altgeld Avenue. Turn right on Altgeld Avenue and look for the entrance to the parking lot on your left. Enter our Center through the front of the building by walking through the door marked “Mall Entrance” and out onto Lincoln Avenue.

From the “EL”: use the Red, Brown or Purple Lines to Fullerton Avenue. Walk one-half block west to Sheffield Avenue. Turn right (north) on Sheffield Avenue and walk two blocks to Altgeld Avenue. Turn right (east) on Altgeld Avenue for one long block to Lincoln Avenue and finally left on Lincoln Avenue about fifty yards to the Center.

Directions to Huron Avenue Office:
From Lake Shore Drive: exit at Chicago Avenue. Go south along the “inner” Drive to Huron Street. Turn right on Huron Street and continue to the Raddison Hotel building (150 E. Huron St.). There is parking available in the hotel or numerous alternative lots in the area.
